Since our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered or picked up. However, we are happy to assist you in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product was damaged or spoiled upon delivery.
  • The order was not delivered as promised.

In such cases, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and your order ID.

  • Order was canceled at least 6 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
